B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (FFPE) stained with FLEX Anti-CD23, Clone DAK-CD23, Code IR781/IS781.

CD23 は主に B 細胞、単球に発現しており、特に EB ウイルスにより形質転換した B リンパ芽球に強い発現が見られます。また T 細胞、好酸球、血小板、ランゲルハンス細胞、胸腺上皮細胞の一部等、広範な細胞に発現しています。この抗体は CD23 陽性の慢性リンパ性白血病 (B-CLL) と CD23 陰性のマントル細胞リンパ腫の鑑別に有用です。
